Items not even sent or process
Placed an order on the 13th for 8 items. They confirmed my order the next day but have since yet to ship any of the items or even fully process the order. Only 1 of the items say that they are getting it ready to ship. While the other 7 are still being prepared for shipping. After waiting 5 business days I sent an email inquiry to which they said “I have escalated the issue to our Fulfillment Team” and since no updates. After sending another email they have not even replied. Absolute shambles from this company. They have almost certainly lost a customer for life and a strong recommendation to anyone I know that this company is one to avoid.
