I don't like the calories on their meals. I would appreciate 2 vegetable options instead of rice or potatoes.

I love the ease of having all the ingredients. But after a while the meals are getting repetitive, and the prices are going up on some of the meals with additional charges. The major downfall is all the garlic and onions I have collected. I don't use onions and every time you are to use a clove they send the whole garlic. I think you should be able to remove items like that. You are able to ADD so why not remove?

After ordering from them for almost 4 years since early 2022, I canceled my subscription because they never delivered my box and refuse to replace it. They delivery service they used stole my package and i'm left with no food in my house while i'm extremely sick and theres a huge storm. Corporate won't contact me. I switched to dinnerly even though they're more expensive

I used EveryPlate for about 4 years, over 150 boxes but the quality has gone so downhill the last few months I stopped ordering. The ingredients used to come in a cardboard box, now it's a paper bag so it gets wet from the ice blocks. Also, because there is no barrier between the ice blocks and ingredients the veggies, potatoes, and meat are frequently smashed, causing the ingredients to be covered in juices (including raw meat juices). The potatoes are ALWAYS an issue. Frozen, smashed, leaking, old, molding, inconsistent sizes and amounts. The size of veggies and steak are offensively small. Their menu is about a third of the size it was two years ago. It went from decent sizes, rarely having issues, good options to every single week experiencing a problem. The customer service used to be so helpful, now they argue with you, lie, and offer no solutions. My box was supposed to be delivered on a Monday, it never showed up. Two different agents asked me a million questions and told me a refund would be issued. No refund came so I reached out to them again and they said my box would be delivered the following Monday (7 days later, not even logical). Took 3 interactions re-explaining my box never showed to finally get my money back (mind you as a four+ year customer). This was the third week in a row I had delivery issues, and my last straw. So disappointing how bad their quality, customer service, packaging, ingredients, delivery, etc. have become. Overall it's just cheap, lazy, and poorly run. Spend the $20 extra and get a nicer option like Home Chef, so far their meals have been larger, consistent, and better quality.

Feels like a total scam I only browsed the site less than 10 mins and cancelled the subscription. But I got charged for an order which I didnt even choose anything, I didn't even know the delivery was coming and I was charged for it!! They are spammers.

EveryPlate has been an unexpectedly pleasant surprise all the way around. Our family discussed getting this service several times over the years, but we always assumed it would be more expensive than advertised, and it would have to be a contractual amount we HAD to buy every week even if we didn't want it and what would happen if we were sent soggy veggies or old meat? You can't just box expired onions and meats up and shop them back right? and etc.. etc.. etc.. Happily none of our worries were valid and we are all very satisfied. Their special insulated packaging method has literally kept the contents of the box cold and fresh while sitting out on our front porch in the middle of summer, for several hours. It also keeps the veggies from getting smooshed or bruised. Only once is I get a box with ingredients missing, (they forgot my carrot), and they gave me credit for my next order. The meals are always good, and if one isn't to our tastes, we simply don't order it, move on to something else from the many recipes they have to choose from. Sometimes I do wonder though, if the chefs who test the recipes and come up with the Prep Times and Difficulty Levels for every meal, have ever tried cooking the recipes with kids and house pets running amok, after 6:00 pm and a full day of work with a commute during rush hour traffic time. I have never managed to make it within the time the card gives, and some do seem harder than others, BUT I just pick our meals keeping in mind all the things we have to do in the week ahead, so the time to prepare dinner doesn't overwhelm everything else and me. (I DO WISH THE APP LINK FOR UPLOADING A PHOTO OF EACH DISH WE MAKE WOULD GET FIXED HOWEVER, SO I CAN SEND OURS!!). VERY happy with everything, they never let us down, and the meals are delicious!

I love having the planning done for me. The food always comes out tasting amazing. The only thing I would say is it never only takes me 30 minutes, more like an hour each time. I don't mind because the meals are so good and affordable.
