you seem to be so short on stock of late ive been waiting to order somemore meal replacment bars but there are none of the ones ive ordered in the past and im not so keen on the ones you have in stock at the moment....... when will more stock be avaliable please

Site closing down, once people are used to your products you now close the site. What a let down to loyal customers

Loving the different meal options at exante. I have been pleasantly surprised by their porridge, risotto and noodle pots. Flavours are really nice and they do keep me feeling full. Delivery has been super fast as well. My only criticism would be that they are very often out of stock of their products and I have to find alternatives. At the moment no breakfast options (wether porridge or pancake mix) which is really disappointing as I really enjoyed them.

I have been trying to contact Exante with regard to ordering mint chocolate shakes but there is no reply either from email, what’s app or telephone.

Exante diet
NHS diabetes remission diet, the choices offered by Exante were limited and choices diminished very quickly, however the quality of many of the products were very good I soon found my favourites and was able to stock up 😅. I can’t say for sure but it seems to me that when a company wins a contract funded by the tax payer it becomes just a money making feeding frenzy with little or no interest in providing decent support, pity it could
have achieved much more.

Love your product…….but you never have any stock this really is a big issue to achieve a continued weight loss.

The products are generally good.
The bars are tasty.
Items are delivered quickly.
Had an issue with one of the bars missing from the delivery and I contacted customer team to let them know and they offered me a £3 refund. Speedy response.
I will order these products again.

Beware
Beware. In spite of the (possibly computer generated?) standard responses to questions, Exante advise that they are closing down and are just running down their stock. So those who base their diet on Exante products (which were excellent) will soon be left hanging. Exante do not reply to a question as to whether they might consider it dishonest not to declare this more transparently, as they continue to encourage people to sign up.

This order was for a friend also who hasn’t done exante before,
Very disappointed there was no information or leaflets about how it works etc , my friend doesn’t use the internet so isn’t too happy ,
