This company advertises products incorrectly. What I saw and what I received where not the same. After emailing three times their response was that they had sent the correct item, and they offered me 3USD, then 5 USD!!! AVOID THIS SITE.
I orders the carved walnut library
I ordered the carved walnut library. There was NO walnut involved. Looked nothing like what was advertised. So cheap like a dollar store fairy garden item. No switch to turn a light on and off. I hate it. It was to be a gift but there is no way I would give this to anyone. I am searching for customer service to contact this company, but there doesn’t seem to be any way for me to do that…. surprise? I highly recommend avoid these products at all cost, you will be sorely disappointed.I would add photos if that were an option.
BEYOND A SCAM
I spent nearly $60 USD on an order that turned out to be TOTAL GARBAGE, did not even remotely match what was advertised online. I have sent three emails requesting an explanation and received one generic response. I am filing a report with the Better Business Bureau now. Save yourself the time and grief … AVOID THIS SITE AT ALL COSTS!
A total scam.
Zero communication since I placed my order on 31 December 2023, any attempts to contact them have been unsuccessful - only dodgy bot responses that have broken links. Do not order from these scammers.
Scam Website. Avoid!
Ordered Dec. 24 and it is January 12, with order still not shipped. They refuse to refund even as they say it has been shipped but they are unable to provide a tracking number. It’s a scam website, AVOID!
Pure trash/ripoff
Run, do not walk away from this website. I saw an ad on Instagram for an item and made the mistake of ordering it. I realized I was dealing with a Chinese company so I tried to cancel the order which was way overpriced as it was. They ignored me until they finally shipped the item and then told me it was too late to cancel. It took one month to receive it since it came from China. All shipping updates were in Chinese so I couldn't read them. Once it arrived, it was a complete piece of junk that went directly into the trash. A $61 mistake on my part.
“Expedited” Shipping is a joke
I ordered a Christmas gift for a family member on 12/16/23. The website said it ships from a local warehouse and would be delivered in 5-7 days. I paid $12.99 for the expedited shipping just to be certain. It is January 6th and after a week long chat conversation with their horrible AI customer service system I have not been able to get even an estimated delivery date and they told me the expedited shipping is non refundable. Stay away from this site, it’s just another horrible cheap imported goods company that overpromises and under delivers.
