I've used Expat Tax Online for 7 years now, including getting caught up on my filing in 2019. There was only 1 year that I had anything to suggest in the way of improvement. Their new easier interface is a time-saver, and human representatives are very accessible and reactive. Emails inform the user as each step of the process is completed, so you are never wondering where you're at in filing. I had a very simple return but left it late, yet the turnaround time for the entire process was under 24 hours. Early Bird deals make this both affordable, and worth handing my tax filing over to someone else to deal with.

This is my second year using US Taxes, and once again the experience has been excellent. The process is thorough, easy to follow, and their online platform is very user-friendly. Communication is great, with regular updates and clear explanations whenever anything is needed from me. My point of contact was Aya and Geraldine, both excellent! As an expat, it’s reassuring to have a service that makes US tax filing feel straightforward and stress-free. Highly recommended.

Unsatisfied customer

I have used this service for the first time and despite all of the positive reviews I have not had a great experience thus far. The turnaround time is absurd especially for my taxes which are quite simple and straightforward. I have repeatedly contacted customer support but it seems I get the run around and a similar automated response. I have also paid upfront so I am beginning to think this company is a scam ! I am still waiting but my patience is low and I will soon be turning them into the BBB if nothing changes.
