I appreciate how responsive your team is to my questions, and I feel secure in the knowledge that my tax return has been done properly.
Update: once I posted this, I received an immediate response and my taxes were completed and filed.
I've used them for years but for 2026, they don't respond to my emails and have told me their portal says I owe documents when I've shown them it tells me I'm up to date. I have emailed them many times over the past months and have received only one response.

This was my first year filing taxes as an Expat
This was my first year filing taxes as an expat in the UK after moving from the US. I attempted to use a self service software but quickly found with questions I had no way of getting answered. With Expat Tax Online my questions were heard and answered by real people who were prompt, kind, and understanding. No one likes doing taxes but I know that I will be happy to work with the people at Expat Tax Online when the filing deadline roles around next year.

I keep an eye out every January for the early bird special and now they have made it easier to add the exact number of FBARs from the start as well as select the option needed if a more sr. tax specialist needs to look at your filing.
The online form continues to get easier and faster to fill in as a lot of information is saved from the previous years as well.
Anna Dale was great at keeping me updated on the progress along the way as well!

Using Expat Tax was simple and straightforward but I still would want clarification or have questions during the process which is where Ulebert and Jennie came in and made the experience so much better. They answered every question in a timely matter and always seeking to make sure I was satisfied with the answers.

As a repeat customer, I have had a bad experience
I had a good experience with Expat Tax Online when they prepared my US taxes the first time, but as a returning customer, I have not had a favorable experience. I submitted my tax information in February. Here it is May, and my taxes have been in the final stages of preparation for weeks. My taxes are still not prepared.

This is the third time I've used Expat Tax Online. The first time to help me get caught up and the second and third times for my regular filing from abroad.
Every step of the process has been very clear and concise with Jennie being available to answer questions should I have any. This year I didn't have any questions, and the process was still very smooth.
