1. miluska@exploreinca worked with me on my specific itenary. Adjusting it as per air flights or personal changes. 2. From the pick up at the airport to the drop off on the final day, everything went on time and smoothly - buses,trains,planes,ect. 3. Al the hotels selected were clean and modern.4. Guides were knowledgeable and informative. Many days the members of the group had private guides. 5. Everything was great and intensive.

What can I say, Miluska went above and beyond from the moment we contact them to even after our return. Always making sure we were completely satisfied. The hotels she booked for us were A1 with great staff members and good breakfast options. The tours and tour guides she booked were outstanding and super helpful. They even recommended us to visit some new restaurants with really great reviews and they did not disappoint. Miluska had a lot of patience to our asks and made changes every single time we requested them. We have no words to thank you and Explore Inca for everything the did for us. We will absolutely use Explore Inca services again on our next trip.

To coordinate a trip with 22 people is a challenge, and Explore Inca did an amazing job. It will be a family event we will never forget. The tour guides were fun and very knowledgeable, the bus was super comfortable, the hotels were great, they had everything we needed. Our teenagers and older nephews were so happy, AVA Hotel made sure they had their own area to enjoy together. At Ava Christian was a unexpected treasure as he always had a smile and kind word. Moises is the barman and actually that's really not true....he is a mixologist. His knowledge of local products, fruit and drink is top shelf. In addition the water pressure of the showers is amazing (if you travel you will know what I mean) Thank you Patricia for coordinating and being there for us.

Explore Inca planned our family trip to Cuzco, it was 22 of us!! And they did an incredible job putting all together for us. Patty and team did an outstanding job. Everything was so well planned, tours, hotels, rides, it was a wonderful experience for all of us. The hotels were very comfortable with great personnel and the l guides were so knowledgeable, patient and attentive. Thank you again Explore Inca for a wonderful experience.

Due to protestors and road closures we had to change our tours almost every day. It was amazing how quick and well organized it went with you guys! We had no stress, everything was smooth, guides were amazing! I would highly recommend your private tours! It was the best options during that unpredictable time!

Great Experienced Our trip to Peru organized by Miluka was very memorable. she helped make the daily plan, making things easier for us, and the tour was executed as it was and on time! Everything was well organised! She understands the customer's need and want. I made a few changes to the plan she made and she was fine with it. She recommended a chocolate-making class for us, since we travelled with kids, and glad that we took it. It was fun and interesting. It was the highlight for our children. Communication with her is easy, always replied to tons of my questions.

I had a limited window of time while in Peru for a tournament, and very much wanted to see Machu Picchu and as much of that area as I could with my time. They did an amazing job of creating a perfect itinerary for me. Their guides were knowledgeable and very accommodating to my extremely limited Spanish. I recommend them highly.

This review is posted by Reena Shah on behalf of Mr. Bharat Mehta. We were 8 friends visiting Peru from July 7, 2022 to July 21, 2022. Thanks to Miluska and her team at travel agency, this was one of the best vacations. Everything went like a cloak work except two minor issues. For our trip to Cusco, bus was small and uncomeatable, Reena called and new larger bus arrived within 40 minutes during this time guide gave us nice sightseeing. There was two days of transport strike in Cusco, travel agency rearranged our plans in advance and this was not an issue. Pre planning, prompt response to any request, reliable bus driver, good English speaking guides, all hotels per agreed plan and excellent sightseeing. I also want to thank Reena for working with travel agency to plan every little details. Guides went beyond their duty to support some of us for difficult hiking. Transfer agent bought boarding passes for all of us for flight from Cusco to Lima. I highly recommend this travel agency and team. Well done.

Kudos to both, our team leader for pre planning and making itinerary and Miluska for implementing our request so well. Perfect team. I enjoyed long private bus rides with timely short stops, long boat rides, Gandola ride, Aroplane ride and train rides and all - It was a treat to do all these without headaches for buying tickets and inquiring details as everything was included and all tickets were just ready. Optional Gandola ride was also easy to purchase and was very enjoyable. All included luncheons and few dinners were excellent in good restaurants with nice hospitality and wonderful, eye pleasing local foods. No one got sick either !!! Planning was perfect for toilet stops. The best part was expert drivers and very pleasant, friendly young English speaking guides. They were able, willing and ready to help any time. We could not have done so well without them especially me!!!! I could have been miserable without their strong helping hands extended willingly. I certainly thank Miluska from bottom of my heart to have put together team of such wonderful young people and I send my heartfelt blessings to all. Last but not the least, I cannot thank enough to Miluska's timely response and ability to find solution for unexpected issue. Replacing 8 sitter bus to 15 sitter bus in about an hour was exemplary. It certainly made journey more comfortable for all of us. I do not have words to thank Miluska for her efforts to collect my watch from restaurant and deliver it to me at Lima airport. She certainly walked an extra mile !!! Watch itself was not expensive but it has great sentimental value! Miluska added in to it's value.
