We had a dream trip to Cusco and Machu Picchu. Patricia used her expertise and professionalism to help us organize a trip that went exactly as planned. All the guides and drivers were excellent, and the hotels were beautiful. It was an unforgettable experience, and I will recommend Patricia and her agency to anyone who asks about our trip to Peru.

I want to express my heartfelt thanks to Patricia Bytton for the exceptional job Explore Inca did in organizing my recent trip to Peru. Every detail—from the smooth travel arrangements to the thoughtfully chosen accommodations and activities—was perfectly planned. All the tour guides I met during my visits to different destinations were so professional, friendly, and genuinely caring. The entire experience was stress-free and truly enjoyable. I was able to relax and immerse myself in the trip, knowing everything was taken care of. I made a short video of Machu Picchu and took a lot of pictures. The memories will stay with me forever. I love Peru, and this was one of the most memorable trips I’ve ever had. And I hope to go back and see more wonders of Peru. I highly recommend Explore Inca services to everyone.

Great trip to Cusco and Puno with the whole family, (10), ages 12 to 78. Our tour guides very knowledgeable and well acquainted with the history of every place we visited. Everyone of us enjoyed the tour. The hotels were very clean and personnel very friendly and helpful Patricia Bytton was wonderful and went beyond to help and ease the trip for everyone involved. The personnel that took us back and forth to airport, destinations of our tour, etc. were prompt, on time and went out of their way to help us. Everyone would love to do another trip like this to a different area in the future.
Dependable, knowledgeable staff. Great experience!!
I was really impressed by the thought put into the tour and transportation. We were able to quickly contact someone with any questions we had or small changes we wanted to make. Each time we were answered promptly respectfully so we could make a decision. Our guides were all very knowledgeable able to gage our groups level of interaction (we had a large age gap). I would highly recommend
It all started with Patricia Bytton, I provided her what I wanted to visit, how many days and a budget.
Our experience planning our tour with Patricia Bytton was exceptional. Patricia made sure to provide us with the best possible service. Her communication and response times are excellent — highly recommended. If anyone encounters a real issue during the trip, it’s best to keep her informed in order to receive better support. It’s also important for travelers to do their own research about altitude sickness, water contamination, and cross-contamination issues in the interior of Peru — trust me, it could save you several hundred dollars
Great guides, pickups were on time. Low stress, low worry vacation. Highly recommend. Thanks
