Ms .Mona Was very gracious and EXTREMELY SUPPORTIVE! Great voice and such a lovely spirit! I live in NYC and would Rather have my medical supplies delivered by this company! There was a error with my original order and it was rectified immediately!! The order was via a well known store with the blue letter and they relayed the wrong information! Great deal! Initially, I thought the consistency may've been a little on the watery or slightly runny side, and had been expecting a more slimy or gooey consistency. But then we used it. It was great! The consistency is experienced differently when you're not just testing it on your hand. We WILL be buying more!
