Customer service is top notch
Customer service is top notch. Had no issues with the ordering process. The only issue I had was with the shipper and the delivery process. To no fault of ezPeps. Product was received later then expected-paid for. Even though the shipper is literally 30 mins away from my home and received the product at 6:00 am the day of. They decided to hold on to my product until the following day in the afternoon. I could have just picked it up myself. I even tried, but they wouldn't allow me. So disappointing. EzPeps thank you for an easy and simple experience. I will order again soon.
