What people say

F1TV is to be avoided at all cost

This App comes with Foxtel in Australia. Is almost impossible to sign into. There is no autofill when doing email and passwords, not even @gmail.com or even .com so everything typed. Password is hidden so if you make an error you will not know. So after an hour of frustration and no help Chat Line (aamie did try but she is as confused as I am) I get this on my screen. Is it me or is it ambiguous? "SORRY We have been unable to link your accounts It appears you have already synchronised an F1 account with a Foxtel ID." So can they or can they not get me going as they say they cannot link my accounts then say they are synchronised. Same thibg you would think??!!

I am close to canceling my…

I am close to canceling my subscription. they do not support any type of casting. also there aren't apps for Samsung and LG tvs. so there is no option to watch from your tv except apple tv. they limited the number of concurrent active devices, and created a new tier to make us pay more, they have created some stupid features that no one cares about, but they haven't figured out how to watch F1 races on TV.

Incompetent and unwilling…

Most incompetent, badly organized and unwilling 'support' team that I ever encountered in over 20 years. I will spare anyone the details. These guys suffer from amnesia with the employee processing the case changing every 5 minutes without any recollection of what went before, and it takes them 3 days to respond to the most simple questions. There is an utter unwillingness to seriously help, however they do follow just about everything in the book called 'how to mislead and fool my customers'. Don't waste your time in dealing with these guys; getting a man to land on Mars is much, much easier...

The customer service is truly something…

The customer service is truly something else, in the worst way. To quickly start, support does not seem to be trained in new updates and feature; I had a question about a premium subscription feature, which ended with me and support spending an hour or more together trying to BOTH find the answer. They genuinely had no clue and kept giving me conflicting answers. Much worse, though, was when I upgraded from pro to premium and never received a promised refund for the pro subscription. After over half a month of pestering them (and getting no-answers back) they randomly cancelled my entire subscription with no explanation. When I questioned them about this, they would veer around it and change the subject. They also refused to reinstate the subscription (to clarify, I never wished to cancel it) and told me to resubscribe for full price – I had upgraded with a voucher. They have seemingly no interest to help you, but all the interest of draining your bank of money.

If there could be a 0 stars

If there could be a 0 stars, this would be it. The app works on Apple gear and so far nothing to argue about it… BUT - F1TV sends phishing-like emails to their users, asking for payment details even if the subscription is not direct but via other platforms. When complaining, the user is faced with reality - support is outsourced, poorly trained and not interested in providing service.

Really poor

Really poor. Slow responses. A subscription service they are fast at debiting me for though. Yet I can’t access the races from Australia. I’m Australian. I work FIFO to NZ.. They allow me to see the pre and post race. But no sprint or races for China. How can a World sport not allow me access in my region. The real issue, is it’s been days back & forth and they ask me a question then 24hrs for them to respond. Asking me for Error messages. There are none, as I can’t access the episode at all. They say I can use live chat , but it’s a bot. It only answers with FAQ’s. SOOOOOO FRUSTRATING

F1: The Very Hungry Caterpillar

F1 doesn't seem to earn enough money already. Prices went up quite a bit and this morning I found out that the native Firefox browser is not supported anymore. Since I work on an old OS, I could not install the latest supported browser. So, higher prices and a broken website which should work on all platforms for the price paid for this service. After this subscription period I will say goodbye to F1. I am not a walking wallet, I am a fan of the sport. Shame that F1 views that differently.

Was a happy customer for years but upon renewing my subscription

Was a happy customer for years, and happy with the subscription price of €65 a year. In november received an email the yearly price would go up to €95 a year, a hefty price increase. But the (unannounced) payment request from F1 in december bounced, probably because the funds on the debit card were not enough. Had I known I would have made sure there were enough funds on the card. But because of this they immediately cancelled my subscription. And even after contacting support they are not able to fix this. Which is terrible customer service really. The only option now is to get a monthly subscription for €11,90 per month (€142,80 a year) which is more than double the old price, so thanks but no thanks. They lost me as a customer, would not recommend!

After many many years of being a loyal…

After many many years of being a loyal subscriber I just received a price increase of 50% for my yearly F1 TV subscription. Why? Because they offer something that I never asked for but most of all: because they _can_. Shame on you F1. You've got one less subscriber

Don't Bring F1 to Your City!

I live in Las Vegas, a city where we have the misfortune of hosting F1. Because of that, our roads are constantly under construction year-round. During the race, businesses are forced closed because they're within the vicinity of the race track, forcing many people to lose a week's worth of work. Barricades, lights, and stands are set up everywhere, and not only do they look ugly, they block off access to many locations weeks in advance of the race itself. Commutes that should take twenty minutes instead take an hour or more. The money that's supposedly brought into town doesn't ever reach any of the regular people in the city, instead it fluctuates amongst the casino moguls, politicians, and bureaucrats who forced this hellscape upon the rest of us.
