Long time member, love the clothes - Will not be supporting until tariff fees are removed from platform

Been a member for 3 + years, have generally had a good experience but the increase in prices in addition to continue to pass tariff fees onto customers 6 months after the supreme court struck them down and the company stopped having to pay any tariffs is not something I want to support. I was having issues last year because the VIP credits were basically worthless. When I first registered you could use VIP credits for basically anything on the website. By the end of last year the only items you could use your credit for cost less than the credit itself - so worthless. They are much more usable now, but that came with a $10 monthly increase for a VIP credit. In addition, since the beginning of 2025 they have been adding a $3-5 tariff fee PER ITEM, which was already ridiculous. Now tariffs have been been struck down by the supreme court since February 2026 yet in August, Fabletics is still charging all their customers these tariff fees. There is already a class action lawsuit against them to try to get customers their money back and even that hasn't stopped them from adding these fees to every item you try to purchase. If it wasn't for the fee issues above - I would give 4 stars. I have found a lot of items on Fabletics that I genuinely love - jackets and leggings in particular, also found one of my favorite swim suits (Swim Scrunch One Piece). They also used to sell my favorite underwear (Snug Cotton High Waist Brief) but it has been out of my size for over a year now. Only issue with the clothes is that if you have even a bit of a tummy, 90% of the bras will stay not in place they all roll or slide up (even when they claim they don't); the Oasis Twist Medium Impact Sports Bra is the only one I've found that doesn't. I wanted to purchase another color of the Swim Scrunch One Piece swimsuit - but I refuse to pay tariff fees anymore. Will not be purchasing any thing or any VIP credits until they stop up charging all their customers with tariff fees.

I love the fabrics of Fabs but I can't get over the fees.

I love the fabrics and quality of Fabs. You always know what you are going to get. This is one of the reasons I have kept my membership for so many years. However the last few months, I have been very bitter about having to pay the tariff charges on items that I have purchased for years. I have honestly considered just dropping the membership all together and finding a company that supports US makers for my pilates gear. I can't be the only one that feels this way. Why do I have to pay the tariff when your buyers choose to buy products outsourced? Rather than taking the hit, you choose to pass this fee on to your long time, loyal clients. As a small business owner, this doesn't seem right.

was in the store, they didn't have the right size, they were 40 % off in store, they said they would be the same on line, I got no discount just being pushed to join VIP in a very manipulative way

GREAT Brand, Sub-par Website

I LOVE Fabletics so much. My favorite brand; I wear it every day and will continue to buy from them. Their leggings are almost exclusively what I wear and my casual attire is slowly being overtaken. BUT. The website is often very difficult to navigate. I used to be able to see if an item I liked is a part of an outfit, but now I have to navigate very much to see if a certain combo is available. I also find loading times to be slow and the website sometimes has to be completely rebooted. If the website could be updated, I would save so much time and probably be down to order more.

I enjoyed looking through your scrubs and found some styles I really love! I only wish more sizes in certain colors were in stock. Other than that I cannot wait to receive my scrubs and try them on.

Improve filters

I have been a member for many years, and I love the products. My only gripe is that the filters on the website are fairly useless. When I searched in Mens Bundles by size, it only gave me Women's sizes. When I searched in Women's, it only gave me the option for activity and color, but not by size at all. As certain items tend to sell out in certain sizes, I don't like wasting my time clicking on an outfit I love, only to find that it is sold out in my size. Please do better.

Confirming My Desire to Cancel My Membership

It was horrible loading Product Display Pages. Some colorways didn't load. Inventory selection was also quite poor, broken sizes, etc. I'm also a tall person, so finding tall products was a bit challenging. Checking out, I saw one of the product images I bought transformed from a Women's Bomber Jacket image to a Men's Vest Jacket image. That's very confusing as a consumer. I've been wanting to cancel my membership due to the cost I still have to pay when using VIP credits on top of the low quality bundle selection for VIP members. I think we should have more customization for the bundles -- being able to select from a few different pants, bras, tops versus being subject to just 1 style (especially if that style sells out in my size). Going through VIP credit redemption just reminds me why I want to cancel my membership. I even contacted customer service who told me the best time to shop would be 1st - 5th as that when inventory typically refreshes. The shopping & purchase experience is just ever so poor online, when this SHOULD be the platform with the widest selection available.

Extremely Disappointed – Great Products, Terrible Shipping

My wife has spent thousands of dollars with Fabletics over the years. She works in the medical field, exercises regularly, and purchases workout apparel in large quantities because she genuinely likes the products. Unfortunately, the shipping experience has completely overshadowed the quality of the clothing. If you’ve ordered from Fabletics, you’ve probably experienced the long wait times. In our case, it routinely takes 3–4 weeks for orders to arrive. Even worse, we’ve had multiple orders that ultimately had to be canceled because the packages could not be located. A big part of the problem appears to be the shipping carriers Fabletics uses, particularly OnTrac and DHL. Our experience with both has been consistently unreliable, resulting in delayed, lost, or canceled shipments. As a business owner, I understand that no company is perfect. However, I also know that shipping can make or break customer loyalty. You can have an outstanding product, but if customers can’t receive it in a reasonable amount of time, they’ll eventually take their business elsewhere. After years of loyalty and thousands of dollars spent, this ongoing shipping issue has finally ended our relationship with Fabletics. It’s disappointing because the products themselves are excellent, but the delivery experience has become too frustrating to justify continuing to order. Until Fabletics addresses its shipping and logistics problems, I cannot recommend ordering from them.
