Tried to use Klarna and that went horrible. Took massive id steps that passed but then said to pay in full anyway. Now I'm concerned about identity theft! Your check out pricing is always difficult and confusing. Seems this is to bait and switch discounts and offers. It really does! For Example: on this order I did not really receive my $30 GIFTVIP3 credit even though it was accepted and approved. It truly does seem that the more discounts you try to use the more they get ate up in the confusing and unverifiable math on screen!

I've never had any issues with the products I buy from this store. The selection is always great. The various color options & choices for compression I really like that option. I am a full figured woman. The sizes are a good selection also. There are models are awesome. Being plus size, I am glad Fabletics made models plus size, along with the other sizes.

Cancelling my membership

They do not care about keeping you as a customer. All they want is your money. I asked for one exception after being a customer for many years and they were sorry they would not accommodate. Did not even try!!!

Don't become a VIP

Your website and pricing is UNBELIEVABLY difficult. You put at the top of the page that VIP gift card worth $30, omg amazing! I try and try and try to add something to my cart that is $29 and what do I get? A total that's even more than I started with. Instead of getting a $29 shirt for free from the gift card, I end up paying you an extra $15? How does that make sense? Half of the VIP credit options that are there are not in my size. Why ask me my size and filter accordingly if its incorrect? Also why in the world would I keep my "VIP" Status if I cant even use the full $69 if i find a shirt or pants that i want that is less. Then i just lose out. You'd think with all the money youre stealing from people your website would work a little smoother. You guys are the absolute worst and I will be cancelling as soon as i'm done writing this.

I forgot to use my v.I.P thirty dollar off coupon.I contacted representative was very helpful.Polite professional with me, i really wish you would start carrying more long it seems everybody is ordering long.No matter if they're tall or not, every single pair of leggins, the tall are always unavailable, which makes me skip getting my monthly credits.I would take more monthly credits if you would keep long pants in stock, and I wish you would allow us to use one member credit up to a $100 on sale items bulk it together for a $100 Spence, and use a credit on it to give us more options.

I have 3 gift 20$ gift cards available and I've repeatedly input all of 3 during checkout but I still wasn't able to use it during checkout as the price reverts to its original price. I really like the products, especially the over sized tee cropped. However, as soon as new designs are released it solds out instantly. Tried to time my purchase beginning of each month yet still no avail. I might keep my VIP subscription a few more months despite my past dissapointment. Otherwise, I'll probably just wait for a huge sale before making another purchase.

Love the clothes! Hate the website - it is so slow and painful. I'd honestly buy more but I can't stand how long things take to load and I often have to restart my filters to find what I'm looking for. It is slow on my phone and laptop while other websites work fine just before and after I'm on the fabletics website.

I got locked out of my account and finally got in there after 26 months of $69.95 a month payment and they credited me back all the VIP credits for every month. They could see I have not placed an order since 2024 and they made it right immediately. I love their clothing. Super comfortable. Monthly VIP membership is totally worth it and the amount of money you save is ridiculous!

Extra fees on top of membership fees

You get charged $69.95 every month, which is supposed to cover the cost of a new outfit. When you pick outfits, though, you're ALSO charged a tariff fee, along with tax. So I ended up being charged $25 to place an order, after already paying $70 for the membership credit. Additionally, shipping has always been very slow, and they use private contractors to deliver your product instead of going through a reputable logistics company like fedex or USPS. Last time I ordered, my package was delivered to the wrong house and I had to call the shipping carrier first to report the issue (per fabletics policy) and then call fabletics to request they reship the item. The representative on the phone for fabletics was less than helpful, and I ended up on the phone for about 40 minutes to get the issue resolved. My final complaint is that using the website on a mobile browser makes me want to throw myself off a cliff. Super buggy, slow, and instantly heats my phone up. The regular website works fine on my laptop, but using on my phone is nearly impossible.

I'm glad my purchase at Ulta.com led me to Fabletics.com. They've got some great deals on workout clothes as long as you sign up for the membership. And when you sign up for membership for $70 you get $100 worth of clothes. Now that's a great deal!!
