The website sucks. It’s constantly refreshing and losing my cart, every time I tried to check out it would kick me out. I used Klarna to pay and it was asking for Motion Access on my device but wouldn’t ask me to allow it, just kept saying it wasn’t allowed access and had to restart. In addition to that, I tried just logging into the app to help simplify everything and it said “Use our website for the best experience” and wouldn’t even let me log in. Trash website, trash app, trash experience. Only reason I continued with my purchase is because I like the shorts and I got a big discount. Probably the last time I purchase anything from Fabletics.

Could not check out through the app. Had to go to the website, log in and then check out. Also app does not have any of my order history including the order I just placed via the website. I was at least grateful that when I when I logged in via the website my cart had all the items I’d chosen through the app.
My original order was cancelled because I can’t afford my membership and cancelled it BUT I wanted to use the credits I PAID for. Don’t cancel your subscription if you have credits you paid for because you can’t use what you paid for if you don’t pay for the subscription. Absurd. Only plus side was the representative I spoke to was able to add my whole order to my cart but talk about having to jump through hoops to use the things I paid for.
I am confused . The price for the scrub top on sale was supposedly 13.98 , the scrub pants supposedly 15. 98 . Then the pants were supposedly 33 something but rang 60 something . I was distracted so I hit order , but belatedly noticed the wrong prices . Thats deceptive practice then . So might return them to the store once it arrives . Very disappointed if thats the case .

My order had the wrong address (probably my fault), and as I had just placed the order had to contact customer service right away and got thru immediately on the chat. Boy was I a happy camper customer service immediately cancelled my order and even put my items back in check for me as had a lot of Promos, credit used and was able to check out with everything as used before.

I regret signing up for your VIP program and going to cancel. You entire platform is ridiculous impossible to understand. You advertise 2 for $24, but I click the link and can not find that offer. Your online ads say save 70% and the app say 80%. You are truly misleading customers by doing bait and switch. Plus the credit/monthly program is so hard, the 3 girls in the local store could not even explain it. Horrible

The website glitches constantly. Always out of men’s golf size 32
Your website is so glitchy. Constantly refreshing and kicking you back to the top of a page, sometimes your cart empties randomly, laggy, etc… Also pretty crummy that you stopped sending reminder emails about the monthly VIP credits. A very slimey and “big corporation” thing if you to do. I won’t be using Fabletics much longer.

Fabletics is my favorite! Great MVP Pricing! Has everything on the website and easy returns! I am an elementary P.E teacher , I use their active wear for my work clothes! Great, fit and very comfortable! Way better than name brands from the store!
