I like some of their products and the right stuff is good. Generally I think it is overpriced for the quality but generally the clothes are good. Website on mobile is awfully slow, like so bad.

I always enjoy shopping online. The selection is great and the items catches your eye. Being able to switch to a model that is your body type is a win.

I love your products but the shopping experience is one of the most unpleasant of any place I shop. Your website is non intuitive and very frustrating to navigate. Jumping between products to compare items and coming back to the item that caught my eye is too difficult.
It’s great value with discounts, superb material! Classy as well whether it’s scrubs for work or casual wear.

Fabletics has had such great products and this site is very easy to navigate. I have received all of the clothing in a timely manner which has been real nice and adds to the strength of this company. The prices have been beyond reasonable!! I think I just about have a whole wardrobe of Fabletic clothing.

Your website is buggy as shit and freezes so much. If it had froze one more time I would have just left the offer. I don't want a membership bc of it now it was so frustrating. Also if I'm shopping by a specific size supposedly and color why is it showing me styles that turn out to be out of stock? So annoying
I placed an order 06/22. Online it showed the order was shipped and ready for delivery. I contacted the delivery service, over a month after placing the order, on 07/29 and they informed me they never received an order for delivery. After I was in touch with Live communication and asked about my order, the Fabletics agent disconnected from the chat. I then had to call and thankfully was able to get a full refund after I declined “store credit”. Apparently they were unable to send me the items because they were out of stock. Why have items that are out of stock for over a month available for customers to purchase on the site? Why was I LIED to being told the shipment was out for delivery when it was not even prepared? Very disappointing experience.
