Helpful to a senior customer
In error I called, as I thought I was missing a box of 4 gallons vinegar. In past I received 4 to a box, however you sent 6 to a box instead. Being a senior person I did not look well enough before calling and inadvertently claimed I was missing 4 from my shipment. I received them and then realized my mistake. Now I owe you for 4 gallons and am making contact with your office to rectify my error. It was nice that you trusted a customer and Kim was very understanding of my situation.
