Had the right air filter for my small…

Had the right air filter for my small space I live in a tiny space and have a strange ac system, wasn’t sure where to get a filter for it but I looked up the dimensions on factory direct and was able to get the correct size. Costs a little more than a typical size, but that’s to be expected I suppose. Got it fast with no issue.

Great air filters at the perfect price

Great air filters at the perfect price I've been getting my air filters from Factorydirectfilters.com for a few years now with zero issue. I moved into a new house in 2022 and the HVAC system was almost completely shot because the old homeowner never changed the filter. I had the coil cleaned and have made sure to change my filters regularly and haven't had a problem since! Definitely worth the small investment to not have to replace the entire system. I have an odd size filter, and factory direct makes a custom fit for me. 5 stars!

I only wish I had read these reviews…

I only wish I had read these reviews before I purchased the gas logs from them on Amazon. Never again and I left them a bad review also on Amazon. No one EVER answers the phone! One of the logs were broken when the logs were delivered. And now the pilot light won’t stay on. Talk about frustrating…..

Caveat Emptor!

No communication: they don’t answer phone calls, return messages, or respond to emails. The company gives no indication when (if) an order will be filled. Buy from them at your peril.

I ordered filters 22x25x1

I ordered filters 22x25x1. I had received wrong filters without any label indicating size and grade. I have been charged $12.00 for shipping. Quality no the same as existing filter. This us a scam! Terrible experience. Never again!!

Sent Wrong Size Filters

I ordered six 19x25x1 Merv 8 filters on 2/25/2023. On 3/10/2023, I received six 10x12x1 Merv 8 filters, that is, the wrong size filters. I called Factory Direct Filters customer service on the day of the delivery, 3/10/2023, and was told to keep the 10x12x1 Merv 8 filters and that the correct sized filters would ship on 3/12/2023. Not having received the correct filters, I emailed Factory Direct Filters customer service describing the problem on 3/21/2023 but received no response. Then, I called customer service again on 3/23/2023. The rep indicated that it may be a while before the correct filters ship. On 4/25/2023, I wrote a letter to Factory Direct Filters, describing the above. I have not received the correct size filters nor a refund for $66.58. I've used Factory Direct Filters for many years with no problems. This experience has been horrible.

Despite several really bad reviews on…

Despite several really bad reviews on this company, I have not experienced any bad customer service nor have the filters I have ordered been anything but great. They are equal in quality to what I have purchased from the Big Box stores as well as Large Chain Retail Variety Stores. I have examined the filters I personally buy to see how the quality & workmanship compare to other brands...and I don't see any difference. I do believe that they need to address these customer complaints and do their best to take immediate corrective action! Ratings GREATLY effect people's decisions on whether or not to even TRY using a company or not.

Poor quality and size

Just received my 2 - 5” media filters that were supposed to fit my Trane furnace. About 1/4” too tall and had to be forcibly pushed into the furnace tearing some of the filter. Contacted customer service and was told that’s the only size they have and wanted me to go to FedEx and send them back. Sorry your problem not mine. Refused to send me a replacement even after I sent numerous pictures. Avoid

Last time ordered a 2 pack humidifier…

Last time ordered a 2 pack humidifier filters. this time they gave a superseded number. I ordered and received only 1 filter. I will never order from then again.

Poor quality

Ordered 12 filters in August and after using the last two I had on hand from a previous order, I got two of the new ones from this company. The cardboard was so flimsy it was difficult to install the filters. The sides weren't glued and would pop off. After much work and frustration, I got them to work. Very cheaply made.
