They are re giving me the run around…

They are re giving me the run around and are not wanting to give me a refund for something that was sent back. Don't trust this company. I have been trying to get a refund for 3 weeks and still nothing.

I order the little red car for $6600.00…

I order the little red car for $6600.00 and then 3 year warranty totalling 7000.00. I ordered it online in March. The first one came April 18. They were unable to get it off the truck and after taking apart the packing it was discovered the windshield was shattered and the front end was smushed. I refused to take delivery. They then sent me another one on May 21. This time the delivery truck driver made me sign before they took it off the truck. Once off the truck, they tried to move it into my garage with their lifters, since the car was not charged. I tried to charge it for several days and was unable to get it to charge. After a several weeks going back and forth with factory pure they sent me a video to make sure a button was flipped. Of course the video was of just the button with no context. I had to search everywhere before finding the button. Once that was flipped it charged. Then once charged it would not go into drive. I have sent weeks going back and forth with Factory Pure telling me that they weren't the manufacturer and they were sending me videos from Vevor. They thought it might be the wiring had come undone. sent me a video of the wires. No location of the wires or what I was supposed to do to fix them if that were the problem. Finally they said I could hire someone locally (not sure what kind of someone) to take a look and see if they could fix it. I had someone out and he said he couldn't do anything because the whole underside was flapping around. It is now July and I have had this car that I now hate for 3 months and have had no use of. I am 72 and disabled this was supposed to allow me some freedom instead it has been nothing but a headache and I can't get my money returned so I could get something locally. Dont do business with these people.
