I bought this for my husband's big rig. It works perfect. We grill up all his food, vacuum seal it and freeze it in big freezer overnight. Then transfer to the factory pure that next morning..saves big money from eating take out all the time.

This is a terribly unsafe wine rack. The distance between the sides is too far and when a bottle is removed the rack wiggles, shifting the bottles. A bottle then fell through, shattering and it was noted a few others were close. There is a zero return policy.Do not buy this wine rack
purchased a new Honda GX390 pressure washer just three weeks ago, and it is already unable to maintain pressure. When I contacted FactoryPure, I was directed to Simpson. Simpson, however, will not replace what is essentially a brand-new unit and instead instructed me to take it to an authorized repair center. The problem is that the nearest authorized repair facility has an estimated turnaround time of 3–4 weeks. This pressure washer is essential to my business and how I earn a living, so being without it for that long is not a reasonable solution. I purchased this unit because I believed I was investing in a reliable, high-quality machine. I am very disappointed that a product this new has already failed and that the only option being offered is an extended repair wait. I would appreciate a prompt resolution, whether that is a replacement unit or another solution that minimizes the downtime for my business.
I’m frustrated with the vendors of factory pure.com. I order a Vevor Tow Behind Rake from Factorypure.com. The package was delayed at FedEx warehouse which was eventually delivered open and damaged. The packages was missing a lot of parts. Factorypure customer service did their part to get a refund and a new rake shipped out. It took over a week. The second Vevor rake was delivered by FedEx. The package was damaged and missing parts. Factorypure.com customer service is reaching out to the vendor. How long to I have to wait again dealing with damage package.

The generator delivery went very smooth. It was delivered in a timely fashion without any damages. Everything was packed extremely well and all options were there. If I ever need another generac 26kw they are my go to.
Two drawer stainless steel carts were perfect for our needs. Wide enough to fit equipment on top, guard rails make transporting secure. Drawers are great storage for supplies related to the unit. Ordering was a breeze, shipping was timely. Overall, very happy with the purchase, delivery and quality of the product.
