I have contacted Faire Support several times regarding a problem with my account, but the issue still has not been resolved. I cannot access my original account, which contains all of my orders, invoices, and payment history. This is preventing me from managing my business and placing new orders. The response time has been very slow, and despite being told that the issue was fixed, I still cannot log in. I expected much better support for such an important account issue. I hope someone from Faire will finally resolve this problem.

Some great products on here and works well for a lot of things, but have a totally pointless 'UK Made' filter that just lets anyone post anything just because they say it is 'UK made' when it clearly isn't! There's even a coffee table described as being North African' and a 'Beautifully handcrafted coffee table from Morocco' that is still listed as 'Made in the UK'! Ridiculous - don't bother having a UK made filter if it is totally meaningless!
Love the product selection but if there is an issue customer service is rubbish. You converse with a Bot and then someone gets in touch with you but never addresses the problem, just repeats the same thing over and over again. The issue remains unresolved. Really disappointing
I gave them two stars ONLY because their product selection is good. Otherwise good luck. I have had an online reseller business for years and finally bit the bullet and started my own online boutique on Shopify. I ordered multiple items from two vendors and paid, only to have my orders cancelled due to not having an online store. I first ended up talking to the HORRIBLE AI BOT and then finally to a "person" supposedly who gave me the runaround and basically said because my new store was in process they would not sell to me. I had their app attached to my shopify store as well as screen shots of my website and checkout. They told me it wasn't good enough and too bad, so sad. Cool! I will happily spend my money with other wholesale companies who actually VALUE my business and my money. Faire is AWFUL! I spent countless days and weeks curating the perfect items only to get shot down in the last hour. No thanks!
There customer service is trash smh how do i resolve issues with an Ai bot that says they are not able to transfer me to a live agent over and over smh I hate it
