What people say

Have not received what I ordered the…

Have not received what I ordered the tracking says out for delivery but it's been out for delivery for 3 days. No help from carrier or Fair RC.It has been longer than stated shipping time. Quicker response to paid customers is recommended. Products seem nice but can not say because have not gotten them.

Avoid Fair RC & FMS Products

Avoid Fair RC & FMS Products – Waste of Money! I made the mistake of buying an RC from Fair RC, specifically an FMS model, and I regret every dollar spent. The quality of these vehicles is beyond disappointing. Within minutes of use, the gears, transmission, driveshaft, or differential break. It’s not a question of "if" but "when." To make things worse, Fair RC has terrible customer service. If you try to contact them for a replacement or support, they simply ignore your emails. However, if you ask about buying a new product, they respond almost instantly. That tells you everything you need to know about their priorities. Advice for beginners: If you're looking to get into rock crawling, do NOT waste $250-$320 on an FMS or anything from Fair RC. The amount of money you’ll need for replacement parts or upgrades is ridiculous—expect to spend at least another $300 just to keep it running. Instead, invest in a Element Enduro, Traxxas, Axial, or if you have the budget, Vanquish. Save yourself the frustration and don’t throw your money away here!
