Avoid Fairways Logistics — Bait-and-Switch Pricing, Late Delivery, and Damage
I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with Fairways Logistics and would caution anyone considering them for vehicle transport.
It started with a quote of close to $900 to ship my car. That price didn't last. Once they had my booking, the cost was suddenly raised to $2,200 — more than double the original figure — and they continued to request additional payments on top of that. This kind of bait-and-switch pricing is exactly what you fear when handing over a vehicle.
The problems didn't stop at the price. My car was not picked up or delivered on time, leaving me without my vehicle and without straight answers about where it was. When it finally did arrive, there was visible damage to the back of the car.
I pointed the damage out to Fairways Logistics directly. They responded with promises to make it right — and then did nothing. Every assurance came to nothing, and I was left covering the consequences of their mishandling.
In my experience, this company is unprofessional, unreliable, and operates in a way that feels like a scam. Inflated pricing after the fact, missed timelines, damage on delivery, and empty promises — I would not trust them with another vehicle and strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
I had the great experience of working with Mr. Tony Reed. He was very knowledgeable and detailed in his business dealings of Fairway Logistics. He was always calm and professional with me even when I put pressure on him to acquire a driver/truck on my timeline. He was never rude and assured me that he was diligently working for me. He was able to acquire a driver at a very reasonable price during these times of economic turmoil (high gas prices) and deliver my vehicle ahead of the scheduled delivery date. I would highly recommend Tony Reed and Fairway Logistics. I plan to do business with him in the future. Great company. Keep up the great work!
As warned… I was quoted one price, paid the deposit, set up pickup and delivery, and two days before pickup they call to tell me the price more than tripled. After I repeatedly asked and was assured the original quote was legitimate.
It was easy to schedule a delivery service of my son’s car with Lucca. From pickup, payment installment, connecting with the freight driver and drop off. Going back, I wished I scheduled the car pickup a few days after my deposit rather than 30 days later. The price rate doubled in that 4 weeks.

These people will continue to contact you for years following a request, regardless of how many times you tell them to stop. They are scam artists. Do not do business with Fairway Logistics... dont even contact them.
I was quoted a price and paid a deposit. On the day my car was supposed to be picked up the price doubled. I was told the quote was just an estimated price.
