This company deserves 0 stars. My experience was nothing but dishonest and unprofessional.
I was initially quoted $550 by a representative who identified himself as Shawn Davis. Just before my Mercedes-Benz was scheduled for pickup, he suddenly claimed the driver was demanding $2,100 instead. The price changed four different times, which clearly felt like a bait-and-switch.
I have already filed a chargeback request with my bank because I refuse to pay a company that changes its pricing after an agreement has already been made.
The representative calling himself Shawn Davis also raised concerns about his identity, as he did not appear to match the name he provided, making the entire interaction feel deceptive.
This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. The constant price changes, misleading communication, and lack of professionalism made the entire process a nightmare. I would never trust this company with my vehicle or my money again.
Frank and Fairways Logistics were awesome to work with. He communicated clearly throughout the process and kept me updated every step with complete transparency. Since I required an expedited shipment, it did cost a bit more than the original estimate, and to help with the extra cost, he even waived his service fee. He arranged my shipment within the timeframe I needed; everything went smoothly, and I would definitely recommend them.
This was my first time working with Farways Logistics and I have been working with Alex Brown and he has been very communicative and helpful through this whole process and look forward to working with him in the future.

Today was the BIG day….paperwork was done, and my new car was loaded on a trailer heading from Virginia to Alabama….I was a nervous wreck. Thankfully, Mike Anderson had been with me since I started the purchase process; he assured me he would be with me until the car arrived, and the keys were in my hands….and he made good on his word! Mike completely understood how nervous I was; he called and texted numerous times to let me know where the car was, and kept me posted on what time it would arrive. Mike went above and beyond to calm my nerves, and put me at ease. I’m SO thankful I had Mike to guide me through this process!!!
