This company deserves 0 stars. My experience was nothing but dishonest and unprofessional. I was initially quoted $550 by a representative who identified himself as Shawn Davis. Just before my Mercedes-Benz was scheduled for pickup, he suddenly claimed the driver was demanding $2,100 instead. The price changed four different times, which clearly felt like a bait-and-switch. I have already filed a chargeback request with my bank because I refuse to pay a company that changes its pricing after an agreement has already been made. The representative calling himself Shawn Davis also raised concerns about his identity, as he did not appear to match the name he provided, making the entire interaction feel deceptive. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. The constant price changes, misleading communication, and lack of professionalism made the entire process a nightmare. I would never trust this company with my vehicle or my money again.
