I never received an order I placed and after multiple contacts with their customer service department was told my item was delivered a month prior. Yet, during the many contacts with them they were unable to provide status. Also they are NOT rated with the BBB.
This is a scam company that stole my money then tried to steal my identity by using the identifying information about me to change my home address with Paypal to an address in another state where they have an operative. I had ordered some flower seeds from them. The price on the invoice was $54.89 but they charged me almost $14 MORE than that for "tax," which there is no such "tax." This scammer is in a foreign country, probably China, and pretends to sell all sorts of things but they will charge you more than you agreed to and then will send you an empty envelope instead! They do this so they can have a tracking number to "prove" they mailed something to you. Their website says they have a money back guarantee and they also say you can cancel the order but I cancelled my order just MINUTES after ordering because I saw they overcharged me. They promised to refund the extra money but never did. INSTEAD, they mailed me a tiny little mashed up piece of plastic with a label on it and they just ignored every email I sent them. WATCH OUT! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! I have had to call the FBI and the other Federal authorities who will soon start an investigation of them using their overseas contacts.
