I ordered the wrong size leggings. So when I contacted customer service. They were extremely helpful, and understanding. They helped me every step of the way with no problems. I sent the wrong size back and recieved the correct size quickly and with no issues. I will definitely be ordering from them again. Thank you Fanka!

Fanka delivered all my packages in a timely manner. Everything was excellent quality. My shirt ran smaller than anticipated. Shipping takes a little longer than, most merchants. Expect at least a week for delivery.
One pair out of 4 defective!
Have purchased 4 pairs of Fanka leggings. One pair is obviously defective. The slightly raised compression bands on the back are wearing off and shiney. Looks horrible on black. Otherwise I’m super happy with how the compression helps support my prosthetic hip and arthritic knee.

Getting back into fitness after gaining some weight. I ordered two leggings. They are better than expected. I researched best compression leggings. FANKA came up with one of the best and originals. They arrived in a timely manner were absolutely amazing. I want to re-order. And made an error. On my order. I reached out to the customer service unit. Kan responded within the hour fix my issues and gave me updates on progress. Customer service seems to be a thing in the past with online shopping but not with FANKA. Besides making great leggings, you have reassurance that should you need to change your order or have an issue with it they are extremely responsive. Thank you for a quality product. Liane

The tights themself are amazing. They fit well, are true to size, look great and wear like a dream. The delay between ordering and receiving them needs reviewing and improvement, though. I ordered two pairs of tights through Fanka South Africa on 5 July 2026, only to discover afterwards that they do not appear to hold stock locally and that orders are shipped from China. It is now 31 July, and I still have not received my parcel (update - I finally received them on 3 August). To make matters worse, I have been unable to track the shipment because the courier's tracking page requires a 13-digit tracking number, while the tracking number I was provided is much longer. Despite sending multiple emails requesting assistance, I have received no response. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution anyone expecting a local South African retailer or fast local delivery. In my opinion, the marketing creates the impression that Fanka has a South African presence, which was not my experience. I found this misleading and very disappointing. However, once I received the tights, I was overjoyed, and update my score from a 1/5 to a 4/5.

What really stands out to me is the compression—their XFlow and Body Sculpt 2.0 leggings offer superb support and body contouring while remaining comfortable. Because of how supportive they are, just pulling up these leggings is a workout on its own 🏃♀️➡️🧘♀️—it genuinely feels like wearing a pair of resistance bands! They also tend to be on the warmer side, making them wonderfully cozy to wear on cooler days or even for sleeping if you like extra warmth for your legs. This experience was so wonderful and so easy to do. I had not so much of a major complaint. They caught it in the beginning and they replaced my pair of Fankas with no problem whatsoever. This is probably my fifth or sixth pair of them and I will continue to always order and support such a wonderful company like them no problems whatsoever and shipped a new pair to my house within days beyond pleased.!!!

This is a review of a “non order!” I made a mess of my order-sizes and colors, etc. and instead of cancelling my order, I hit pay now, and boy I was sorry I did. I immediately contacted the company, and I was impressed at how quickly a human response came through. They were so kind and cancelled the whole order so I could start fresh and get just what I wanted. Thank you Fanka!
I love the Body Sculpting leggings but not the showing of sweat.
I love the Body Sculpting leggings. I love the fact that they press my thighs and my butt in the right areas to make them look smooth and that the waist band never rolls down. I work out very hard and sweat a lot all over. My only complaint is that the material shows the sweat between my legs and on my rear end and it does not dry fast. It is embarrassing because it looks that I urinated myself. Because of that, I do not wear my Fanka leggings (dark brown and dark grey) very often and I'm not planning to buy them again. The customer service is great and the order arrived promptly and very well packed.
