Superior craftsmanship and service. There were a few issues with US customs (due to new requirements and regulations), and the good people at Fantini Pelletteria responded immediately. The Doctor's bag is absolutely beautiful, is of exceptional quality, and is made to last. I would not hesitate ordering from them again, and recommend them highly. I'm a very satisfied customer!

Incredible customer service. I bought a vespucci bag that unfortunately wore out on the shoulder straps within 1 week of use. I contacted the customer service team from their website and their response was incredibly quick and helpful! I didn't even have my receipt but described which store, date and time I purchased my product, and they confirmed within a day! They sent me a brand new product that arrived within a week and I am genuinely impressed at how well their customer service is. Highly recommend and will most definitely buy from again!
