We provided proof that we filed a police report and two FedEx claims, and Mariagrazia was so helpful throughout the whole process. The merchant shipped a second package, and I redirected the destination to a secure local FedEx pickup location. The backpack is now safely in our hands, it's beautiful and so well-made!
