I purchased a portable hard drive, allegedly 16TB and when attempting to use it, It ended up being incompatible with my android phone, and with my windows laptop, as well as my Mac laptop. Waste of time and money. I also ordered a night vision monocular scope, and it never arrived . But instead was sent some small monocular scope that barely works at a 15ft distance, with no special features, made for kids at best. It looks like they just sent anything to look like there was an order fulfillment. Complete scammers! Buyers Beware!

Complete scammers. They say the items shipped, they even give "tracking updates" through China but then no details from then on - like "arrived at customs" - but no idea where. "Left customs" "is en route to next destination," and finally "arrived at destination." Yet no cities are ever listed. I laughed when I saw that my items "arrived" in my city at the airport - we have 2,000 people for a population and there isn't an airport within 100 miles. So the item couldn't have gotten here without being transferred to a ground carrier. But of course they show it arrived. I called the number they put on their billing receipt which is a local number and of course it's "restricted" and they say to contact customer service, but give no customer service number. They do answer emails with vague, pre-printed answers that give NO answers. I requested a legit tracking number from them weeks ago and they just assured me it was en route. So no idea what their products are like - and am doubtful they even HAVE products. This is just a typical scam - we sent it, you didn't get it, too bad. Thankfully I paid through PayPal as I always do and I can get refunded. And that's another thing - they had me listed as an auto-payment, so if I hadn't caught this, I'd likely be out another $50 next month. So beware of these folks. They definitely are crooked.

Fasanime is a scam….false advertising, ordered and paid for a family pack of 3 night light projectors, received only 1 item, far inferior to the product as advertised. Could not communicate with the company at all. The package eventually received in the mail one month after purchase was sent from a private address in Chicago….fishy in every way!
