Customer service is honorable, and respectful.
I was scrolling through inventory that was on sale and liked the variety and nearly all of the prices, I saw a heck of a bargain and immediately purchased it. Come to find out I got an email the next day saying the price was incorrect and it was much more. But the store honored their mistake and kept the incorrect price for my order and I'm eyeballing several more items that I want to purchase. I think this is my favorite online toy store I've visited yet and I'm anxiously waiting to make my next purchase!
