It was very easy to use, and apply. The only part at all that was confusing was the expected cost. Other than that, it was easy to apply. And I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly my new passport was turned around, and then how quickly I got my supporting documents back. Google the easiest way to renew your passport for free or at a low cost. This was the best company I could find. All is online (including a photo service to upload a pic which they doctor to meet the standards) and customer support is fast and very efficient.
