Great communication from the 1st time I…
Great communication from the 1st time I connected the company. The employee (regret not asking his name) who came out was friendly, fast and did an excellent job. They quoted me a price but I knew one of my rooms was not a standard size so I was expecting to pay a little more! The employee gave me the price when I went over what I needed! No hidden charges after he was done. I honestly should have called sooner. I have already recommend their service to a friend! Thank you for the fantastic job!
Twice as Nice
"I am beyond impressed with Voucher Solutions! This is the second time I’ve used them—they just finished the carpets in my new place and did just as incredible a job as they did at my previous house. It is so rare to find that kind of consistency. I’m overly satisfied with their work both times and won't go anywhere else. If you want a deep clean from a team you can actually trust, look no further!"
Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. Quick and affordable.

Faucher SOLUTIONS provided excellent carpet cleaning service for my son's move in. The associate came in got right to work and we were all amazing at the transformation of the carpet. We will definitely use their services again and we will refer them to all our friends and family. Thank you Faucher SOLUTIONS, we are very pleased with the service you rendered.

Faucher solutions is my go to carpet…
Faucher solutions is my go to carpet cleaner. I’ve dealt with the owner and his crew for the last year and from carpet, rug and upholstery cleaning they never disappoint. It very hard to find a business that is honest and does what they say. But father solution gets an A PLUS IN MY BOOK every time.
Prompt service
Prompt service. I had a water extraction job and they came out quickly. Very friendly staff
Faucher Solutions (Formerly Veterans Carpet Cleaning)
I truly hate leaving negative reviews. But an employee of Faucher Solutions (formerly Veterans Carpet Cleaning) came to clean my carpet and didn’t bring his own water tank, which is standard. Instead he used the kitchen sink, and a hose that he connected to the pipe below must’ve slipped because there was water everywhere, soaking into and saturating the wooden cabinet containing the pipe and also a significant portion of the kitchen floor. I would have been forgiving even of that because mistakes do happen, but he didn’t inform me of the excessive water damage or offer to make it right when he was contacted about it, which is the bare minimum. I can no longer recommend this service.

We understand that this is an unfortunate situation, and we truly empathize with any stress this may have caused. However, the accusations being made are completely false. At Faucher Solutions, we do not connect to customers’ interior sinks as a water source for any service we provide. If a water connection were ever necessary, it would only be from an exterior spigot. Additionally, our vans are fully equipped with our own water supply, which allows us to complete services without relying on a customer’s plumbing. We have serviced this location multiple times in the past and have consistently operated using our onboard water system. Furthermore, we would never access or enter a customer’s sink cabinet for any reason during the time of our service. While we are sincerely sorry that this incident occurred, we can confidently state that Faucher Solutions was not the cause of any water damage or flooding in your home.
