Terrible communication. Whoever answers the WhatsApp message should find another job! They have absolutely no communication skills or sales experience. They quote prices without explaining them and get angry at the first question. I can't imagine the service once you've paid. Avoid at all costs!

Being assisted by FDA Client Support Specialist, Michael Alvarez, today took a big weight off of my shoulders. I live in the United States but purchased one bag of chocolate from amazon.ca (Canada) because a friend had sent me a gift card that I could only use on the Canadian site. I had received communication from FedEx telling me that even though I was receiving a non-commercial food product, I would need an FDA Prior Notice report. I didn't know that I would need that until after I ordered it. I´ve been waiting weeks for a label review. They don´t even reply my emails. Very quick to send the payment link, but when it comes to the service, nothing. I´m now starting to think they stole my money.
