I originally requested a refund because there hadn’t been any updates on the shipping for my order.
Customer service responded quickly and let me know they would process my refund.
I’m so, SOOOOOO glad that refund never went through because my order showed up instead—and I was DEFINITELY keeping everything I purchased!
I absolutely LOVE everything I ordered, but ESPECIALLY my bras!!!!
My usual routine after work is walking through the door and immediately slinging my bra across the room, hoping it lands somewhere I’ll remember later. 😂
With Feelingirl bras, I completely forget I’m even wearing one. They’re that comfortable! No more racing to take it off the second I get home because of that uncomfortable, restrictive feeling.
I can honestly say I’ll never buy bras from another company again!

Feelingirl finally replied to my email and review. However, my first review indicated that my order had already been shipped. They are claiming one thing here, but the order status and their email contradict it. The order still shows as "preparing" after 21 days. I dislike dishonest practices. Buyer Beware!!!

One of my new favorite brands!
I have made several orders from Feelin Girl and am working on my next one. The bralettes are incredible comfortable and sensory friendly. I started ordering the bodysuits, and I’m very happy with them. I can’t wait to get more. The quality is good, fabric is super stretchy and soft, and as a sensory person, none of the snaps/plastic pieces/etc. bother me. I’ve also had a good experience with customer service. I would definitely recommend checking them out.

Buyer Beware!!
I can't give a review on clothing ordered if I don't receive it!! I tried multiple times to call & can't get anyone to answer the phone. I have texted the number listed on their website with no response. I have emailed the info@feelingirl... with no response. The shipping company used has 1 star reviews but I don't see how that would or should be the consumers fault.
I will certainly update this review IF I ever receive my order. Otherwise I will have to take this matter further.

On July 2, 2026, I placed order SYFG-935449 for approximately $76.19. As of July 21, the order has not shipped, and I have not received a response to my texts or calls. Would not recommend the company.

Great customer service
My order was lost at first but they were quick to reorder and ship it out asap. When the bras arrived they were a little smaller than expected. I contacted customer service for an exchange, they were able ti do a quick exchange no problem. It was sent out quickly and received just a few days later.

The customer service made my experience the best it's been a very long time that I have had an amazing experience through email with having someone respond back less than an hour and stay consistent throughout the whole. I wouldn't ask for you all to change anything just keep up the amazing work.

Waste of time still waiting for my…
Waste of time still waiting for my order weeks after I ordered it. Bra's cost over £60 just one excuse after another. I was excited to get them but realize it's just another Internet scam. Not recommended and certainly no way to run a company. Still awaiting a response about my refund

The customer service I have received has been great. Anytime I've had a problem with my order because of the item being too small, they were kind enough to resolve the issue. They were great with the resolution that was offered. I am happy with the way they handled my situation! Would recommend this company!

The customer support was above and beyond anything expected. They remained in constant contact to make sure I got what I wanted even though it was my fault the order wasnt right. The bras were great and exactly what I imagined them to be but I would have recommended this brand for the customer support. It was that superior.
