I am first time buyer. I bought a seemless bra and 2 shapers. This is the bra I have been looking for, for years. Its so comfy adjustable and does everything it says it does. I was so pleased that when I received my bra and tried it , i went back and bought 5 more in different colors!!! They gave me one for free also.what a great company , even if you need to return or exchange they do it with no problem and when exchanging you dont have to send back the originals...now that a company that puts the customer first! I found my new bra/shapewear store...thanks Feelingirl!!!
Feelingirl’s products are AMAZING! Comfort, fit, & feel were definitely on the forefront during production! I recently experienced an issue with incorrect sizing. Their customer service department responded within 48 hours & had the problem resolved in less than 1 week! Now, THAT’S service! Not only will I continue to shop Feelingirl, I’ve told MY friends & family - now, you know, too!

Communicated in a timely manner also was willing to work with the customer and come to a resolution that satisfies a customer. They also gave several options to refund and reorder the merchandise without return of the items. That was an awesome policy to help keep down time constraint and hassle for the return. Unfortunately the product did not meet my expectation.

I needed to return an item and so I reached out to Feelingirl and they responded to me so quickly. The response felt personal and not AI generated. They gave me several return/refund options to choose from. I ended up keeping the shapewear for a partial I bought shapewear to wear for a special occasion (I don't normally wear shapewear), but after my experience, with their customer support, I know I'll be a shopping with Feelingirl again!

Lovely bras can't wait to order more, I did order more but they were out of stock that tells you a lot doesn't it! I got a refund no bother, next time though I hope it won't let me purchase if items are not in stock, that would be better than having to go through the refund stage. But really comfy bras A*****

Still yet to receive order. If you need items within a month I’d advise shop elsewhere . I have gotten response to all my email inquires on order but still no order. Will update on product itself once snd if ever received.

After some email conversations with Feelingirl, I decided to try some of the bras offered. I am recovering from breast surgery and have been trying to find a bra that will be comfortable, and not pinch and irritate the area where my stitches were. I received a handout from my doctors office of bras to try after surgery - none of them worked out for me. Mostly because they had cups that had no give, accentuating the fact that my breasts were not filling the cups properly. Then I got my feelingirl shipment. There was only one bra that didn't work out for me, but the others I ordered were perfect! I even got a fancy sparkly one that looks great on. I'm taking the compression bra that didn't work out for me, and bringing it to my doctors, along with a bra I couldn't return from another company that the doctors office recommended. I'm hoping to add a whole lot of women to your satisfied customer list, and an eye opener for my doctor to suggest these bras instead. Thank you
