Ordered and never received my item. Feet up customer service awful. Basically told me that it had left their warehouse so they had done their part and good luck finding my parcel. Shocking... They have taken my money but I have nothing to show for it. Beware of this company
Im very happy with this FeetUp! Have been doing 6years almost daily the headstand -and after the doctor said i have to give up that habit -i was so happy of this opportunity what FeetUp brings me -and i can continue my daily practice with the help of FeetUp! Thank you soooo much ! Xx Jonna

My order came so quickly and there is great information on how to get started and use it properly. I have not even had it a week yet and I feel the difference from using it!
Four months in and I’m genuinely impressed. Head-standing no longer feels like a circus stunt, and my lower-back has finally shut up. The cushion arrived with a tiny tear, but the FeetUp team replaced it in two days. Only gripe: the app routines are repetitive after week three. Still, it’s the first piece of kit my husband and I fight over—worth every euro.
It's a nice product and was pretty easy to put together. I'm not sure if I'm using it correctly, though. And, I think it caused a pain in the side of my back. I wonder if I'm too short for it. Maybe I just need to work with it more and get used to it.
I love my FeetUp trainer! It makes me exercise more, more efficiently and with more fun! (I'm also very happy with the swift and efficient reaction of the customer service, as the first cushion I got did not unclick easily.)

Another company that filters reviews on its own website. I find that very dishonest. Let people share their feedback if you have faith in your product. FeetUp has terrible customer service. At least Roxana seems unable to answer a simple, direct question but rather answers questions that haven’t been asked- in a rude tone, I might add. I’m also not big on the royal “we.” I might have to start using it in response.
I was really excited to receive the FeetUp. The product is high quality, sturdy, and easy to assemble by following the instructions. However, my experience using it was completely different from what I expected. I tried several times to use it, but quickly realized that it’s much harder than it looks in the promotional videos. And just to clarify—I’m fit, muscular, train every day, and have strength. Even so, it was nearly impossible to perform the positions with ease. To improve my technique, I downloaded the official app, only to find out that the essential classes to actually learn how to use the FeetUp are paid. So after already investing in the product, I would have to pay even more to learn how to use it properly. In the end, the FeetUp just became a meditation bench for me... which is far from what was promised. For me, it was a terrible purchase. If you're considering buying it, think twice before falling for the marketing.
I haven’t been able to do the inverted position yet, hence the rating… Otherwise, I like the product – it’s sturdy, aesthetically pleasing, versatile, and easy to assemble. I truly see potential in it and hope to master the technique soon.
