Customer service was excellent. I bought a stand in an auction that did not have assembly parts with it. The agent was extremely responsive and helpful. A assembly kit was built and sent promptly and with a friendly attitude the whole way. I was very impressed.

Bought the item for my wife and she loves it! I paid extra for 3 day delivery. 5 days later I went to UPS to pick it up as it was set for delivery that evening when we were not st home.
After a couple of months the attachment for the extra feet cushion did not slot smoothly into the metal clip anymore. I contacted customer service and got an immediate friendly reply offering me to send out a new replacement cushion straight away. Great customer service!

Being that I have always wanted to do a head stand I can finally do it when it arrived I was nervous Hey I did it on the first try. I’m a senior in my mid 60s . I feel a great sense of achievement and I’m getting better prefect ing my new skill. This is 💯 % well designed and I wish I had many years ago.
Assembly issues. There is one screw/bolt that does not want to connect. I think the space in the wood is too small (or not deep enought) for the bolt? I will likely have to return unless my husband can figure it out and he has been out of town.
Delivery was excellent.. well packaged and timeous. The emails that I received from the company regarding purchase, delivery etc - absolutely fantastic. Whoever writes them should get an award. They are hilarious and make you feel that you’re part of the FeetUp family. I’m going to miss them as they certainly made my day. The kit is very well made and the instructions for assembly are easy to understand.
As described, easy to use. Can do inversions with ease and without the worry of injury to my neck. Also looks great as a stool! Delivery was also quick.

Super bad customer service, at least in Europe. When you write them through the form on their internet site, they indeed answer you back in your private email, but when you try to answer back from your email, to theirs (which they ask to do), then they don't answer back, probably because it goes in their spam folder. I wrote them back from the form on their internet site and explained my doubts about the spam fold. They answered back, telling me that they coudn't find anywhere my reply-emails. In any case they didn't manage to solve my problem: In my Feetup set there was a piece with misaligned holes, therefore I couldn't assemble it. I asked for a replacement part. They answered me back that at the moment THEY DO NOT HAVE REPLACEMENT PARTS. (Luckily I bought that through Amazon and could return it getting a full refund) Hahahahah for real? For the amount of money that thing cotsts, I find it inadmissible that they have such a poor poor poor quality of customer service.
I absolutely love my FeetUp trainer. I lost my flow chart and was able to purchase a new one. Also, customer service helped me with an update to the app.
The stool is very sturdy and well made. Very satisfied with the quality. Now I just have to figure out how to get my feet up in the air. It’s way harder than the people in the ads make it look.

Well made, shipped quickly and I appreciate that it didn’t arrive with extra plastic. As far as use of product, I’m 250lbs with a very weakened core from pregnancies and recovering from an ankle surgery. It took me about a week to figure out how to get myself into an inversion but I have felt my core steadily strengthen and back decompress. Point being, if I can do it, most people can!
