Awful company Paid for express 24 hour delivery got product 36 hours later had very annoyed client . Tried to claim refund for express delivery only to be told it’s my fault and I have to claim from there courier There terms and conditions don’t comply with uk trading laws looks like it’s been composed by a 9 year old
I bought 5 l glyphosate. I thought first it was a scam because it was too watery unlike the usual glyphosate i bought earlier from other brands. But no. I tested it on a 5 square meter area and after 4-5 days it's totally killed all the weeds. For the next spraying i added some Trend 90 herbicide adjuvant and it worked way faster!
Item has not done what it was supposed to do. It took an eternity from the time it was shipped to be delivered.
Like other people, the goods didn’t arrive and they refused a refund, only offering a store credit. DO NOT order from this company.
perfect product, very fast delivery
My credit card company reimbursed me for the purchase. Everyone should claim their money back from their credit card company so finally someone it’s an end to the fraudulent company
Ordered paint stripper. Took 10 weeks to arrive and was just 5l of water. Asked for a refund but only offered credit against another Ferber product. Several emails but still refusing a refund. This is illegal, contrary to UK consumer law. I regret not reading the reviews before purchase. AVOID THIS SCAM
Ordered Glyphosate - 5 Liters. The product is FAKE and don´t work. KEEP AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
Very fast delivery and a super good product!
They are serious and keep their promises, definitely a company I can recommend, very satisfied customer
Top class product and a fast delivery service
I bought GLIFOSATE 5 Liter. It took more than a month to receive the product. But the worst is that the product does not work. I spent a whole afternoon spraying unwanted weeds and the result was nada, nothing, as if I sprayed water over the weeds. Never again for me!
Product does not do what it should do. Even if I poored some of it pure over weeds it does not work. Pure waste of money.
The ordered arrived in tact, but it took such a long time to reach me. Communication was good, as they always responded to my emails
ferry bad shop white fake items. Stay away from them.
Ordered 5l Glyphosate. Package came after some time but extremely poor quality. All there is, is some sort of white sediment in water that would not mix. I tried to keep the sediment suspended while applying it to weed. As expected, after some days absolutely no effect. Tried to get a re-delivery or refund. Got neither. Total scam. Should have checked if they are trustworthy beforehand...
They steel your money and you do not get the product you ordered!!! Dont order form them!!
Horrible service and a webshop who advertises and sells products they don't have. 1. I ordered a product 5 L containing Glyphosat med 360 g/l 2. Money was pulled from my account but hadn't even received an order confirmation. 3. After contacting Ferber Painting and asking for my money back. 2 times over 3 weeks, then they suddenly send something for me. 3. When I received what they had sent, then the product received was a glyphosat substitute with no glyphosat at all! And the product was of so poor Quality that it was obvious, that it was just a random powder put in a can with water. It was not even mixed properly. Powder was just lying on the bottom of the can. 4. When pointing out their mistake hoping for a return their answer was: Quote: "Hej, Tak for din besked. Vi vil gerne informere dig om, at glyphosate substitute er det samme produkt, blot under en anden betegnelse. Derfor kan vi desværre ikke acceptere returnering eller refundering på dette grundlag. Vi takker for din forståelse. Med venlig hilsen, Senior Relationship Manager" Sorry for it being in Danish. 😅
The paint took 5 weeks to arrive, no indication from the company when it would arrive. Came this morning. I ordered Ivory tile paint, they sent Beige radiator paint. Not difficult to work what to do if you're thinking of buying Ferber paints!
