Almost Perfect
Everything was great, both product and customer service. Only minor issue was I had to switch browsers because their storefront checkout process seems to need a different browser or some script running that the browser was blocking.

Quality products from a solid business
Quality products, prompt shipping and affordable pricing. I suspect customer service is solid as well but I haven't needed to utilize any since everything has always gone smoothly.

Fern Valley is one of the best…
Fern Valley is one of the best companies I’ve found! Their products always arrive fresh, well-packaged, and with fast shipping. Customer service is responsive, helpful, and quick to resolve any questions or concerns. We’ve been ordering from Fern Valley for several years now, and I’m consistently impressed with both their products and their service. They’ve become our go-to source and a trusted resource. I highly recommend!

Medically Researching 80+ Strains. Fern Valley Samples Are Solid
I am doing research on approximately 80 different strains for medical applications with non-D carboxylated THCa, CBDa and CBGa. This research supports negating early onset amyloid plaque afflicting cognitive disorders. I have purchased many samples of Fern Valley products and the service has been impeccable. We intend on creating specialized formulations and using such samples as theirs in tincture creation. We further test all samples received from all farms and yet, with our experience we’ve been quite impressed with what we’ve received.
TOP NOTCH FAMILY BUSINESS
Everything I've ordered from FVF has been Top Quality. You know a company has a lot of pride in their product when it comes in a glass jar with a humidity packet and is packaged like a pro. The THCA flower I've been ordering is 10 times better than any dispensary I've used. They have more than earned my trust as a loyal and totally satisfied customer.
A+ Quality and Value
For the products I've tried so far; the quality is superb and the price is probably the best value I've come across shopping online. Even the shipping cost is fair, but the free shipping offer when spending $40 or more is outstanding. I will definitely be doing more business with Fern Valley Farms in the future and I highly recommend trying then out if you haven't yet.
Since discovering Fern Valley Farms I…
Since discovering Fern Valley Farms I have consistently amazed. I didn't know what all I didn't know and FVF's keeps helping me learn more and more. I never understood CBD and what it had to offer where I've been smoking, eating and growing THC marijuana for over 50 years I love that I'm still learning and enjoying this wonderful god send.
