this company is a major scam
they send you a cheap baton not the one you ordered, then i waited 4 months cause they promised to send me what i paid for and guess what, they sent me the same cheao baton. THEY ARE A SCAM COMPANY, DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM

I bought something and immediately regretted it. I instantly asked to cancel the purchase and they ignored my emails. Instead, they sent me a "thank you for your purchase" note. When the product arrived (a telescopic baton), it was garbage. SCAM. STAY AWAY.

I ordered the 25 inch collapsible baton with hilt and they sent me a regular baton and when I sent them pictures and video as proof. They immediately reply saying absolutely nothing about shipping me the correct item or a full refund but said I have one of two options keep the junk they sent and receive only a partial refund of $5-7 or I had to pay to return ship their error all the way to China thus surpassing the cost I originally spent by 250%!!! They rely on being in China and due to trumps tariffs they have no shipping provided from America to China!!!! DO NOT PURCHASE AND ANY GOOD REVIEW ARE FROM FIIGH

Ordered an antique style candle holder, what arrived was utter rubbish, not fit for purpose and totally different from the image and video shown. After the usual suggestion I send it back at twice the cost of the item I was forced to settle for 25% refund. Total fraudsters do not use this company!

I ordered a product from them. When it arrived it was nothing like the photos on their product page. I demanded a refund and they said I had to ship the item back to China at my cost. That would have cost more than the product. I kept demanding a refund and they offered 10% refund and finally a 35% refund. I did a search on social media only to learn that they stole the product photos from someone. DO NOT order anything from this fraudulent company.
