What people say

I'm glad to hear you've been happy with the quality of the filters and that our Customer Care team has been helpful when you've needed us. I completely understand your concerns about the ordering process. I know it can be frustrating to see a charge before your filters ship, especially without a reminder that an order is about to be processed. While we don't currently send reminder emails before orders are generated, it's something we're actively looking to implement in the future. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We truly appreciate it, as it helps us continue improving the overall customer experience.

I'm so glad to hear you're enjoying the convenience of having your filters delivered right to your door. We love being that friendly reminder that it's time for a filter change! It's also great to hear you've noticed the quality and how well the filters capture dust and dirt compared to many store brands. That's exactly what we strive for. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and for being a valued customer! 😊

Filter Easy
It is so easy,
It is so easy,, the filter automatically shows up in tour mailbox .
