My only complaint is how long it takes…to
My only complaint is how long it takes to receive the filter. I had paused the subscription because thru the winter months we didn't use our unit as much and I had 3 extra filters. When I started the subscription again I was charged for a filter I never received. I emailed customer service and another filter was shipped out. If it is going to take 3 weeks or more to obtain my filter I might as well go to the store. It's faster. I am not sure what happened to the company during the last 6 months but it I have to change my filter and the auto ship from you isn't here on time I will cancel. I realize you rely on post office but when i see a label generated for 3 weeks with no pickup, that seems to me to be a communication break down between you and postal service.

I been a subscriber for some time now
I been a subscriber for some time now, but I was a little disappointed in the filter this time. It was the correct size and appears to be as good a filter as always. However, the corners had extra material that does not appear to be properly trimmed or finished. I was able to install the filter, but the extra material had to be trimmed to make it fit properly.

The filters work really well
The filters work really well. They actually fit better than any of the store bought one I've tried. They come every month at the same time so, I don't have to remember to buy them. If I don't need one I can just skip it for a month. I'm very happy with this company. I highly recommend them.
