Therapist was not available the past two sessions and I was charged $100.00. How awful!!! No more therapy for me. This turned out to be sooo stressful 😩

The first therapist I was matched with stood me up and the second was a terrible match for me. But the team did a great job of following up with me after two weeks or so after each match to ensure I was getting what I needed. Then the third was the best therapist I’ve ever had! She’s exactly what I need to help me make progress in my therapeutic journey!

My experience with Octave has been rewarding. I called and explained what area of my life I'd like to focus on. I was given a list of available therapists specializing in that area and chose one. I feel so good after every session!

I'd been wanting to try therapy for years. Yes, I typed that correctly, years. I always assumed it would be too expensive, or that it would be hard to fit into my schedule, or that I wouldn't find a therapist who was a good fit. Octave changed all of that for me. They accept my insurance and I pay a very small fee per session. Their website was easy to use and I found a therapist who has been incredible. While I still have a lot to work on, I haven't felt this positive/hopeful in a long time. So thankful for Octave and for my Therapist.
