I am super sorry for not better explaining why we did not cold pack. This product does not actually need to be cold packed and I actually asked the company because I wanted to be sure! I apologize that we did not explain that better to you as the integrity of the products you purchase is important to us both! Love the deals provided and owners leaving a message on my phone when I first ordered. However, this is my second time ordering and strangely, my order is stuck in Illinois for 4 days straight. Now, I understand it's not possible the owners' fault, but I'm pretty disappointed with the shipment. :(
