Someone attempted to steal my identity…
Someone attempted to steal my identity and open a loan with Fineday. They successfully changed account details and gained approval, but I was notified that "my loan" was approved. I called in and was able to get the situation resolved, including changing back my information having the loan canceled. I didn't have to jump through hoops, just provide the required information to prove I am me and that I did not request the loan. I was very grateful that I found out in time and that I had someone willing to listen and take action on my behalf within the company.

Early payoff is impossible
Early payoff is impossible. Payments are being made, but the early playoff doesn't go down. Which makes it hard to pay off early. I am regretting making this type of loan. Research all your options before making quick decisions. My decision to use this company has caused me unhealthy stress.
