Substandard mobile phone cover
Bought a mobile phone cover - took longer to arrive than advertised but would have been happy to accept that if the case had remotely resembled the version shown online at the point of ordering . Very poor product looked like something I could have bought in a backstreet market, the scratched case I bought it to replace still looks better - awful waste of money an£ time.

Beautiful, flimsy and needs assembly
It took longer to get them than I expected. The Lillie’s had to be assembled with little screw connectors. They weren’t all easy to screw in. Some only a little so that’s not strong. The Lillie’s are beautiful but a bit flimsy. So when it rained hard, it bent a little in the structure and fell over. I had to straighten it. So they’re beautiful in a rain shower but not good when it’s heavy rain and wind. As for value for money. With the USD/AUD conversion rate I paid quite a bit so I wouldn’t buy more. They are very beautiful though.
Tracking was good
Tracking was good. My hat was delivered undamaged but very wrinkled. I didn't realize it was coming from Italy to my door. Took much longer than expected. I haven't had a chance to wear it and decide if I like the hat.

Lack of communication - tracking is far too macro - product colour is not as seen on screen and quality lower than expected for this price - also did not note that prices and charges were in USD

I thought my item was from USA but tracking showed it was from Europe. So understood why it was taking a little longer. So worth it. I love the hat and reshaped a few creases with steam. Will get a lot of use out of this hat and easy to pack. Really worth the money and I have 12 hats. This is one of the best
Fair at best.
Fair at best. Took forever to get it. Great looking case and really like it. However, will not charge on any MagSafe charger. So, unfortunately basically useless for me.
No stuff received
I ordered stuff from these people and after some support whatever walked it through I do not know how many countries when in fact was shipped from China - the package cannot be located in US and last thing is it was delivered to some mailbox in another city - contacted USPS who asks for the IS transition tracking number, contacted the shipping company in china/ nothing

At first I thought oh no I got scammed…
At first I thought oh no I got scammed but I started to get updates on my order and then the next thing I knew I was being told that it was being passed off to a local courier. I was so excited to get them and they are just as nice as the look on the ads my only complaint is I wish they were made out of metal.
