After being sent the wrong part by your company, I would not expect you to charge us a restocking and shipping fee. Your mistake= you should pay for it, NOT US. We ordered the same part from another company and were sent the right part. When I mentioned all this to the agent who was emailing me, he did not respond. This is horrible customer service.

When I ordered my pump you did not tell me you didn't have one in stock until 5 days later and that I had to wait for a third party to ship the pump to you then to me...I spent 1 1/2 hours waiting for a reply when I asked where was my pump before learning about the delay.

ECM received

Product delivery was awesome very well packaged. Delivery was on time. Website was easy to navigate and find what I needed. Only thing bothering me is the description on the says brand new genuine Cummins product but upon receiving the ECM it does not have any of the factory cummins stickers on the back like a genuine Cummins ECM normally does. In the process of programming now so we will see what happens

I will never order a part from here, They are suppose to be open until 8:30 pm Good luck in finding any one there. Order there part with the part number came wrong, They don,t know what they are selling.

First time ordering through them. Online ordering you can track the process of shipping right away. I called to make sure they had it and I was told to pack it up and ready to ship can take up to 3 days and it will go out the door and that is exactly what happened. Very easy to work with.

Was shipped a part that was not the part number we ordered and was told it was compatible. It was not dimensionally the same and would not work. The customer using the same parameters of information was able to obtain the part without issue. They pretty much said sorry for your luck. You should have found a way to make the square peg fit into the round hole. so we are charging a 20% restocking fee. I was not able to charge the customer for this because he was able to get the part without any problem using the same info.
