Completely ruined our pergola. International company owned by some guy living in India. Not BBB certified. If you look closer, their 5-stars are for basic assembly. Customer service is shabby, and they are not high quality for gazebo type assembly. Do yourself a favor and get a local company. Otherwise you’ve been warned
We had a Pergoluxe pergola assembled and installed on our deck. It was wall mounted to a brick exterior. Fixtman was very quick to respond to all of our questions and concerns. They gave us a quote over the phone, and followed up several times by text. We had to change the date at least once, and they were very amenable to the date changes and never seemed perturbed! The two man crew they sent out—Nathaniel and Chandler—were very professional, respectful, courteous, and treated our home like it was theirs. They did not try to hurry through the project, and took great care in making sure everything was to our satisfaction. We couldn’t have been more pleased with all their hard work and attention to detail. The pergola is beautiful, and we can’t wait to spend time enjoying it this summer!
When assembling IKEA furniture, he failed to place key items that were necessary for proper functioning of dresser. When trying to fix it, tried to force dresser in without realizing there was a string holding it, ended up cracking wood at the bottom of the dresser and now drawer won’t go in properly. Very disappointed overall with my experience, felt not detail oriented.
I booked this company to install my gazebo. The booking process was really easy. I had the pleasure of having the Sam brothers do my installation. They were very professional, they took their time and was very intentional about doing a good job. I am very pleased with the final results. I will definitely be recommending this company to others as I am very happy with the outcome.
Installer was late and unprepared $99.00 price became $205.00 when done Tech said he did not know it was ceiling mount. I sent them a text picture of the space as they requested Stepped on chairs without asking Left dust on table and floor that I had to clean up I had to help him hold TV while he bolted it in Started at $99.00 Added $50.00 for ceiling mount Added $40.00 for a bracket. He got a piece of wood out of his car $10.00 for 2 screws Credit Card Service fee Extremely unprofessional Would NEVER use or recommend
They underbid the work to a contractor, this made the project take double the time and by the end the contractor resented doing the work. They freelance the work to whoever wants it so there is no quality control. They demand you pay while the contractor is there even if you have issues with the service

I had an Over the Range Microwave oven installed with great efficiency by Sadra. I was able to make an appointment in one day. Sadra arrived on time and installed the appliance within an hour. He was very customer friendly. Thanks for doing a great job.!!!

The technician came out at the time requested and did the work exactly as I asked him to. Best part of the entire process was the customer service! I cannot say enough about how patient, amazing and prompt they were in answering questions and concerns I had.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Property damage and horrible customer service. We hired this company to assemble our new $1600 trampoline, and the technician left halfway through the job and never came back. He left our yard covered in trash and abandoned the trampoline partially assembled AND damaged. After spending hours arguing with customer service, we were offered a pathetic 10% discount, even after providing photos of the incomplete work, trash left behind, and damaged parts. Completely unacceptable. The lack of accountability and customer service was astounding. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Save yourself the headache and hire someone else.
Joseph was diligent and worked tirelessly to finish the playset. It was a large job and he was here 13 hours straight in the heat assembling the playset. He came back the next day to finish up and made sure it was exactly what we wanted. I would recommend him to anyone. Great work.

I hired them to install a playground in my yard. They provided the name of the “technician” assigned. No less than 5 people, who were obviously not the technician and therefore not insured or background checked, stood in my yard for 9 hours. All they accomplished was opening boxes and damaging parts. On the second day they fully no showed and stopped answering our calls. My family ended up assembling the playground ourselves after spending HOURS trying to get refunded. I’m currently still trying to get myself compensated for the damage they caused on the playground so I can fix and and make it safe enough for a child to play on. This has been an incredibly painful experience. The company has treated us poorly all throughout the process.

I am absolutely disappointed with this service. The company cancelled two hours before the initial job. We rescheduled for the next day. The technician showed up with the wrong drill bit. He said FixTman didn't tell him what type of material he needs to work with. However, both the job request and a conversation specifically state the material for the installation. The company then rescheduled to a time that I was not available AND almost doubled the price due the material which was clearly communicated in the first place. I do not recommend going with this service and rather work with a technician directly that has knowledge and shows responsibility.
Jakob, the technician, was very particular amount measurements and leveling…which was very much appreciated! He did a great job, and cleaned up afterwards. Very happy!
