This company is doing customer service well. Very responsive now that we shop, try on and return what doesn’t work. I returned an item and they were nice enough to let me know they need a copy of the shipping receipt (I clearly didn’t follow instructions) once I did that refund was immediate. This makes shopping online more fun. The clothes are solid, well made so far.

I bought 3 pairs of shorts. The khaki are my favorite. I am 5’2” tall and weigh 118. I purchased all 3 in size small.

My order took a couple of weeks to arrive but I was well aware of the delivery time. Quality of the shorts I ordered is excellent. Fit was true to size with just the right amount of stretch. One of the three pair I ordered was a little too short for my liking so I decided to return and reorder a different style. I sent the email to request return process and the response was within 24 hours. Steps to do are clear and concise. I have not completed the return yet but do not anticipate any issues. So far so good and I would definitely recommend Flamingals!

I haven’t found jeans that fit so perfectly in over 20 years. Perfect rise length- don’t go up my butt crack! Perfect amount of stretch for extreme comfort! Only negative is it takes them so long to get here!💕🥰🐩
