I wasn’t happy with the products ordered but received excellent customer service and am now the proud owner of four lovely Lintico dresses. Tip - get yourself a cotton slip from Etsy, makes all the difference and for me, made the dresses modest enough to be wearable.
Not only are the clothes all wonderful - stylish, well made and of high quality. But in addition the customer service is excellent, helpful and responsive. Huge thanks.

The reviews look good and although expensive I thought the outfit looked good. I was using my phone and unfortunately I couldn’t update my basket so abandoned the order! Companies really need to make it easy to order and amend orders on phones! Sorry Lintico I won’t be ordering.
The two items I ordered are both well made and lovely. The triangle scarf is very sticking when on. The hair band is delightful.
The items that fit are wonderful, lovely linen. However if you wish to return something, you cannot; they offer a store credit, which, when used, if that item is unsatisfactory you are left out of pocket. Their aggressive marketing campaign deftly leaves out any mention of an easy returns policy, as it does not exist. Beware.

This company has excellent customer service and support! I own many Lintico pieces and the quality of their linen and the garment construction are top notch! The website is easy to shop and there are SO many choices! When I needed to return an item, I was given several choices in lieu of a refund. Just quality customer service and clothing! I am a forever customer.
Lintico produce good quality linen cothes and I have not been dissapointed in any that I have purchased from them.
I can only talk about the ordering process at the moment as I only purchased this morning. It was efficient and easy to navigate.
Nothing has changed - I was still charged for my new order - no credit applied. Nice people and beautiful clothes but I should have just asked for a refund instead of credit. Please help

I am very pleased with the quality of the clothing. The linen garments are exactly as shown on the website, the fit is excellent and the quality exceeded my expectations. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is the delivery. I selected home delivery, but the parcel was left at a collection point without my agreement, so I had to travel to collect it. I hope LINTICO will discuss this with their logistics partner, because the products themselves are excellent and I would definitely consider ordering again.

Terrible company to deal with. Returns are very difficult. It cost me $57 to send my items back. Buyers beware, Quince products are just nice if not better quality and the company makes it very easy to complete returns and exchanges.
